Professional and Workplace Development
Workplace Wellness:
Our communities and world have collectively experienced impactful changes over the past few years. Collective trauma from the pandemic, natural disasters, political polarization and workplace stress and burnout have brought overall wellness and psychological safety to the forefront. Our places of work and overall workforce is no exception to the ongoing changes in the world around us. World Health Organization (WHO) and United States Surgeon General recently issued guidelines on workplace mental health to better equip the workforce, employees and employers with the education, skills and forward moving strategies to meet the needs of individuals and systems.
At The Holding Space, Linnea offers supports and services to assist in bridging the gaps in needs of individuals and organizations to mitigate the impact of above listed changes and overall wellness to both individuals and agencies. Our support and services are grounded in evidence based research and methodology to not only educate, but provide ongoing & forward thinking strategies to support. The Holding Space has curated these services and supports in 4 major domains of wellness: physical, emotional, mental and social.
Each of these domains ties back to the guidelines of WHO & US Surgeon General to best support the workplace and employee wellness. We believe that these supporters need to move beyond check a check box of wellness, and move towards embedding these mindsets and supports into the workplace.
Below is a brief overview of the services we offer agencies and organizations to deepen and support this work:
