Our trauma-informed therapy is free from judgment and rooted in the belief that EVERYONE is deserving of love and belonging. Supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, parenting, compassion fatigue, burnout, attachment disruptions, relationship concerns, Autism Spectrum Disorder, deepening relationships & connection to a more fulfilling days, are areas that I specialize in. Couples
Therapy
At The Holding Space, Linnea offers compassionate couples therapy services aimed at fostering understanding and connection. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and trauma-informed, creating a safe space for couples to navigate challenges and strengthen their bond. Linnea believes in the power of love and belonging for everyone, and our goal is to support couples in building a foundation for wholehearted living. My style of therapy is very pulled from a variety of trainings and methods, including CBT, DBT, Gottmann concepts , EFT and RLT theories as well as others. Through therapeutic approach that provides a nurturing environment where humor and empathy play a vital role in meaningful connections, we can focus on growth and healing for a deeper and more fulfilling connection and life.

Therapy for kids.
Linnea serves children (ages 1-12 years of age). Linnea specialize in working with children who are experiencing both emotional and behavioral difficulties. She works closely with their caregivers to support them and to help them understand the meaning behind their child’s bids for connection & emotional/behavioral responses to the world around them. She uses a number of techniques including play, art and mindfulness to help facilitate healing and the expression of feelings.
